Google AdWords and Google Conversion Tracking

As part of the technical connection to this dashboard, in some cases we use the Google Analytics API v4 to enable us to automatically fetch our customers’ data. The customer will be asked to log into his Google account and accept the authorization link we sent. The customer will also be asked to provide a view ID that refers to a specific view for a property in Google Analytics. Data Processing

And to keep our application secure and protected. We use the Google Analytics Reporting API v4, which enables us to conduct campaign analysis for our customers. Through the Google Analytics Reporting API, we collect information about our customers’ websites and provide it in the form of statistics and visualizations. The data received by Videobeat Analytics through Google Analytics is only shared with our team members who need access to this information in order to process it on behalf of Videobeat and provide our services.

Data Storage

The data we collect from you is stored within the European Union (“EU”). Your data will be stored on servers of the European Cluster of the Google Cloud Platform. All information provided to us by our customers is stored on secure servers. Unfortunately, the transmission of information over the Internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect our customers’ information, we cannot guarantee the security of the information you transmit to our website; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will apply strict procedures and security features to prevent unauthorized access.

We will retain information for a period of time during which you use our products and services and for as long as we need to meet our contractual obligations to you. Facebook Pixel

Our website measures conversions using visitor action pixels from Facebook, Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”).

For MailerLite, we use the double opt-in procedure as well. We will send you a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address you provided. If you do not confirm this within one week, your registration will be automatically deleted.

If you confirm your wish to receive e-mails (information about our products or newsletter) from us, we will save your name (if specified) and e-mail address until you unsubscribe. The e-mail address is the only mandatory information for sending e-mails. The storage of your data serves the purpose of being able to send you further information about our products or our newsletter.
